IELTS Accelerator Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the IELTS Accelerator, a 6-week live group programme provided by ClaudiaTeachesIELTS.
1) Payments
The IELTS Accelerator is a 6-week live group programme.
• The programme fee is $390 USD.
• Payment must be made in full before the programme begins.
• Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the limited case described in Section 2.
Access to live sessions and course materials is granted only after full payment has been received.
2) Programme Cancellation & Refunds
Once the IELTS Accelerator programme has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
A refund or early termination will only be considered in exceptional circumstances if ClaudiaTeachesIELTS agrees that the student is unable to continue because the programme level is too advanced for them.
The final decision lies solely with ClaudiaTeachesIELTS. Any approved refund will apply only to unused weeks and may be subject to an administrative deduction.
3) Live Sessions & Attendance (Group Programme)
The IELTS Accelerator is delivered as live group lessons on fixed dates and times.
• Live sessions cannot be rescheduled or rearranged.
• If you are unable to attend a live session, no refund or credit is provided.
• Where available, session recordings or summary materials may be shared, but this is not guaranteed.
Students are responsible for ensuring their availability for the full 6-week duration before enrolling.
4) Commitment & Student Responsibility
Strong IELTS results require consistent practice and engagement.
By enrolling, students agree to:
• Attend live sessions punctually where possible.
• Complete assigned homework and practice tasks independently.
• Take responsibility for their own progress.
• Communicate any serious issues promptly.
Progress may be limited if sessions are missed or practice is not completed. ClaudiaTeachesIELTS is not responsible for lack of progress due to poor attendance or insufficient practice.
5) Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the IELTS Accelerator, including PDFs, slides, templates, examples, feedback, and recordings (if provided), are for personal use only.
Materials must not be shared, copied, sold, distributed, or uploaded online. Unauthorised use may result in removal from the programme without refund.
6) IELTS Score Disclaimer
ClaudiaTeachesIELTS provides expert guidance, strategy, and examiner-style feedback. However, no teacher or course can guarantee a specific IELTS score.
Final exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, performance on test day, and official exam conditions.
7) Agreement
By enrolling in the IELTS Accelerator programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, and that you accept responsibility for your participation and progress.
